Add and Manage Software Licenses

Summary: How to record licenses, set renewal reminders, and receive notifications.

Steps:

1. Go to Assets → Add Asset → Type: Software.
2. Fill in details such as Product Name, License Key, Seats, Expiry Date, Owner, Vendor.
3. Enable Renewal Reminder and select lead time.
4. Connect SaaS apps via API if available.
5. For bulk imports, use Assets → Import CSV.
6. Generate reports under Reports → License Expiry.

Diagnostics: If expiry dates don’t show, confirm expiry date is filled, filters are correct, and time zone settings are accurate.
