Compliance Health Score Isn’t Updating

Possible Causes:

  • Baseline scan incomplete.
  • Evidence uploaded but not mapped to controls.
  • Cached or stale calculation.

Steps to Fix:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Last Scan. Check timestamp.
  2. If older than 24 hours, click Run Compliance Check.
  3. Go to Evidence Library → Unmapped and map artifacts to controls.
  4. Verify integrations are connected.
  • If still unresolved, open a support ticket with org ID and screenshots.
