Possible Causes:
- Baseline scan incomplete.
- Evidence uploaded but not mapped to controls.
- Cached or stale calculation.
Steps to Fix:
- Go to Dashboard → Last Scan. Check timestamp.
- If older than 24 hours, click Run Compliance Check.
- Go to Evidence Library → Unmapped and map artifacts to controls.
- Verify integrations are connected.
- If still unresolved, open a support ticket with org ID and screenshots.
