Invite Users and Assign Roles

Summary: Steps to invite team members and assign permissions.

Steps:

  1. Go to Team & Permissions → Invite.
  2. Enter the user’s email.
  3. Choose a role (Admin, Compliance Owner, IT Lead, Auditor, Viewer).
  4. Click Send Invite.
  5. The user receives an email with login instructions.

Best Practices:

  1. Assign Compliance Owner to managers overseeing multiple regulations.
  2. Use the Auditor role for external reviewers with read-only access.
